Hamburgers, Guacamole, Peach Cobbler- Oh my!!

 
The Perfect Summer Dinner 
 

 Is there anything better than fresh guacamole? I would eat this every day if I could.
  I love this water dispenser my daughter gave me for Mother's Day this year. It is the perfect companion to the Canning Jar drinking glasses I found.
 Organic ground beef from our Corriente cow tastes amazing! A touch of homemade rub really compliments the guacamole and tortilla chips.
 My happy carnivore! Before we got our organic cow, hamburgers were never on the menu at our house. Both my boys are so glad we found such a great place to get our beef.
 Mama's Peach Cobbler- Yum!! I have yet to find a recipe I like better. Must be the butter (and love) that goes into it that makes it so delicious. Thanks mom!!
My sweet girl. She is a vegetarian who does not really like vegetables. She ate toast for dinner!! What are we going to do with her?
 
 
 
Guacamole
 
6 ripe avocados- mashed
1/2 of a finely chopped white onion
1 medium finely chopped ripe tomato
1/2 to 1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. lime juice
4-5 minced garlic cloves (fresh is always better)
1/2 medium seeded, finely minced jalapeno pepper
 
Add ingredients to mashed avocado. Start with 1/2 salt and add more to taste. Add a pit to the guacamole to help retain the color.
