Sesame Noodles

I was able to try my new pasta machine yesterday and although it took me about an hour to figure out how to get pasta that wasn't a sticky mess it was worth it. I found this recipe for 100% whole wheat, vegan pasta dough. Only 3 ingredients. I paired it up with a sauce I found in another pasta dish on Pinterest. The ingredients in the sauce go well together but I felt the flavor was a little heavy on the soy sauce so I added a drizzle of honey and that toned it down. I am starting to realize it takes a LOT of effort and time to eat healthy. No wonder Americans are so unhealthy. We don't have a lot of time to dedicate to food prep. Today we are going to a program at the kid's elementary and we are going to dinner first. I think I am going to have either some chicken or turkey. I haven't decided yet. I didn't get any juice this morning and I can tell I am really dragging. I will post the recipe for the noodles and the link to the Pinterest recipe.

Put flour and salt in food processor and mix. Add water a little at a time until a ball forms. Remove from processor and form into a ball. Let rest 10 minutes. Knead for 10 minutes and let rest for 30 minutes. Roll out with a rolling pin and cut by hand into desired size or sprinkle with flour and roll through pasta machine. Cook for 2-6 minutes in salted water to desired doneness.
